Combine dry ingredients ( flours and sea salt) in a kitchen aid bowl to total 6 cups. ( not YEAST) IN a large glass jug combine wet ingredients yeast , until frothy. Then add to flours mix and knead in mixer for 10 min.....it should clean the sides of the bowl.Remive and place in greased metal bowl to rest 10 - 15 min....Shape into leaves ( 2 ) and place in sprayed or greased loaf pans.Preheat oven to 325 F Allow loaves to rise in draft free warm place till double in size ( approx 1 hour) ...bake in oven for about 35 min till golden and it sounds hollow when tapped.Turn out onto cooling racks, when they are completely cool ( if you can wait that long) cut into 12 slices per loaf.This is a dense nutty tasting loaf...perfect to have with soupTime to prepare does not include 1 hour for rising.
