Boil pasta and rinse with cool water (to cool it down). Mix mayo and the juice of 2 lemons with salt & pepper to taste. Mix chicken, scallions, thyme in with the mayo mixture. Then mix in the pasta, along with the peas and parmesean. You may have to get your hands dirty!
