Here is how you make Coconut Paleo Granola:

Preheat oven to 300F.Combine the egg white, cinnamon, salt and maple syrup in a large bowl and stir well to combine.Add the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and unsweetened coconut flakes.
