3/4 cups wheat bulgur
3/4 cups quinoa
4 cups hot water
2 tblsp salt

2 bunches of parsley
3 roma tomatoes diced
2 to 3 tbsp fresh mint leaves chopped
1 large cucumber diced
3 green onions chopped
1 tsp garlic
zest of 1 lemon
juice of 3 lemons (3/4 to 1 cup)
8 tblspns extra virgin olive oil


How Do I Make Tabouleh Salad?

Here is how you make Tabouleh Salad:

Combine the wheat bulgur, quinoa, water, and salt and let sit for 30 minutes to an hour in a large bowl.Meanwhile, chop the parlsey, green onion, garlic and mint. Dice the tomatoes, and cucumber. Place all in another large bowl. Zest one of your lemons and squeeze all three into the bowl. Add the olive oil.When the water is absorbed by the bulgur, add the bulgur to your veggies.
