2 packages Ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
3/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup vinegar (white or cider)
1/2 cup Splenda (or sugar--calories here are calculated using Splenda)


How Do I Make Shirley's Coleslaw?

Here is how you make Shirley's Coleslaw:

Open Ramen noodle packages, set seasoning packets aside. Mix coleslaw greens, chopped green onions, almonds and sunflower kernels in a large bowl. Break Ramen noodles into small pieces and add to greens/seeds/nuts. In a separate bowl, mix oil, vinegar, noodle seasoning packets, and Splenda--whisk together until well-mixed.
