1 can water chestnuts (cut in halves)
1 can bamboo shoots
1 can bean sprouts
1/2 cup sugar
4 Tbsp soy sauce
3 packages of chicken Ramen noodles, DRY
2 chicken bullion packs from 2 of the 3 Ramen packs above.
a LOT of Rice Vinegar (I add about 1 cup at first then add about 1/2 at a time as it marinates until I like it)

Mix everything and put in fridge to marinate. Add vinegar to taste. When noodles are somewhat soft, it is ready to serve cold.
