1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. miracle whip
1/2 c. milk, 1%
6 tsp. granulated fructose
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
7 oz. potato sticks

Here is how you make Shoestring Salad:

Put chicken in a large bowl. Add celery, carrot and onion. In a smaller bowl, mix miracle whip, salt, pepper, fructose, and enough milk to make dressing consistency. It should not taste like miracle whip; a little sweet but a little salty, too.Pour over chicken mixture and stir well. Add potato sticks just before serving.
