Here is how you make Fake Chik'n Salad:

slice the onions and peppers and saute them in a pan. Add the fake chik'n and cook until the peppers are soft.In the mean time put the lettuce in the bowl and cut the avocado into strips and put them on top of the lettuce.After the peppers/onions/chik'n are cooked, put them still hot on the lettuce/avocado bed.
