Here is how you make Tofu Salad:

Prepare Tofu by using paper towels to remove the water, slicing into 1/2 inch cubes and tossing it with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Mrs. Dash. Place the Tofu on a cookie and bake in a 350 degree oven until done (approx. 20 minutes). Finely chop the vegetables and place in a large mixing bowl.
