Cook quinoa and lentils in water over low heat or in rice maker with onion and garlic. If eating hot, chop and add other ingredients. To serve cold as a salad let lentil and quionoa mix sit in refrigerator till cool, add cucumber, tomato and feta, stir and serve. I like to add home made balsamic vinaigrette.
