1. Cook Rotini according to package.2. About 5 minutes before end of cooking time, add frozen peas & minced onions to rotini.3. While pasta is cooking, combine 1/3 cup fat free mayo and 1 1/2 tbsp dry Ranch mix in a large bowl. Stir thoroughly.4. Stir in drained can of tuna. 5. When rotini is cooked, pour contents into a colander to drain. 6. Cool contents with cold running water. (I sometimes add a few ice cubes to quicken cooling time.)7.
