2 pkg. reduced fat refrig. Crescent rolls
8 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. Dry ranch dressing, mix
1 cup of light mayonnaise
3/4 cup broccoli, finely chopped
3/4 cup cauliflower, finely chopped
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup minced celery
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
minced olives to taste
1 3/4 cup of Mexican four cheese, made with 2% milk


How Do I Make Veggie Bars?

Here is how you make Veggie Bars:

Unroll crescent rolls. (do not divide) and press into a jelly roll pan, sealing perforations. Bake at 350 for 10 mins. Cool completely.Combine cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise. Stir until very smooth. Spread evenly over cooled crust. Spread vegetables evenly over dressing mix, Top with cheddar cheese. Chill until served.
