Here is how you make Black Bean Pitas:

Preheat the oven to 300. Chop the tomato, green pepper, onion and celery and mix with the black beans, lime juice, salsa and spices. Cut the pitas in half and put in half a slice of provolone cheese in each pita. Spoon in the mixture and place all on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
