Here is how you make Homemade Multigrain Bread:

In a large mixing bowl or mixer, combine warm water, yeast and honey. Let sit for a few minutes until yeast starts to foam.Add salt, oil and 3 cups flour. Continue to add flour until dough does not stick to side of bowl.Knead for 7-10 minutes if using a stand up mixer with dough hook, or 10-15 minutes by hand.Let rise until double in size. Punch down dough and divide into 2 pieces. Form into 2 loaves and set in bread pan. Let rise in slightly warm oven (turn oven on for about 2 minutes and then shut off) until dough is about 1 inch above pan.Turn oven to 350 F without taking bread out.
