Here is how you make Home made Spelt Bread with pine nuts and sunflower seeds:

Grease a 2lb loaf tin. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl large enough to knead the dough in. Add the oil and water, stirring until the mixture sticks together. Knead in the bowl for just a few minutes until smooth. You can add a little flour if it is too sticky but don't make it too dry - wetter is better and it doesn't matter if a little sticks to your hands. Shape the dough and put into the loaf tin. Cut a pattern of deep gashes on the top and dust with a little flour. Put tin into a large plastic bag, tucked under the tin with plenty of air inside. Leave until the dough has doubled in size (about 2 hours). Bake at 220 degrees Celsius. 460 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes then turn oven down to 200/400 for a further 20 minutes. Loaf will sound hollow on the base when tapped. Turn out and cool on a wire rack.
