Here is how you make Chicken Cheesesteak on Pita:

Cut and prepare all ingredients.Cut chicken into small pieces, dice pepper and onions.Heat oil in a skillet, just enough to coat the pan and wait for oil to heat. Saute onion and red pepper. Add chicken to the skillet - mix with onions and peppers and cook until meat is thoroughly cooked. This should only take 5 minutes or so if you have cut the chicken into small enough pieces. If you are unsure, take out a piece and cut to see if there is any pink inside. Put cheese on pita and spoon mixture on top of cheese. Salt and pepper are optional.
