Boil water, add onion, bouillon, and chicken. Lower heat and simmer for 40 mins. Remove, cool, and shred.Dressing: Blend all ingredients together. Toss chicken with 1 cup of dressing mix, marinate for 1 hour. Combine remaining dressing mix with sour cream and honey. Mix well with chicken. Add extras at this point.
