1 tbsp Greek seasoning (Penzey's Spices' is the best! Google it!)

Here is how you make Chicken Souvlaki - Ms M Rocks Style:

Sauce:Finely grate cucumber. Mix well with 1 tbsp lemon juice and Greek yogurt.Chicken: I trim my chicken really well of any cartilage or hanging on skin and then fillet the thick end. I cut the remainder of the breast about the same size as the filleted piece. I like to get 3-4 nice thin slices of chicken from each breast. Marinate in olive oil, lemon juice, Greek seasoning for 15-20 minutes. Grill chicken in grill pan or normal grill til done. (just a few minutes, they'll cook fast!)
