Here is how you make CHICKEN MAC WRAP:

Season Chicken with salt and pepper then place in pan ( if you are using ground chicken, seperate into 2oz long, not round patties).Heat frying pan on medium-high. Spray pan with olive oil. Place chicken in pan and cook for 3-4 minutes covered on each sides.To build your wrap:Place in the center of a flour tortillas-half of a bunch of spinach, two slices of tomatoe, 1oz cheese, thousand Island dressing and cooked chicken.
