Here is how you make Pizza Panini:

Sprinkle 1/2 t olive oil on one side of bread. Place on hot grill. Add pizza sauce pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives and cheese. Add other slice of bread and sprinkle outside w/ 1/2 t olive oil. Grill on both sides until the cheese melts and crust is golden and slightly crispy. Remove from grill and slice.
