Here is how you make Thai Quinoa Burgers:

1. Add flax seed and water, let set for 10 minutes2. Cook Quinoa and let cool.3. Put rolled oats in food processor and grind until fine4. Add remaining ingredients, flax mixture and Quinoa to ground oat flour and pulse until all ingredients are ground to fine texture.5. Form into 8 patties6. Saute in olive or coconut oil on medium high heat for 3 -5 minutes per side.7. Preheat oven to 350. When up to temperature cook sauteed patties for an additional 10 minutes.8.
