1 large can large, pitted, black olives, cut in halves
3 cans (5-oz each) tuna in water, drained
1/3 cup sliced almonds
2 cups cottage cheese

Here is how you make WhichHat's Couscous, Olive and Tuna Salad:

1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the couscous and water. Cover with a dessert plate and let sit for 5 minutes (or per the directions on the box).2. Meanwhile, in a 2-quart casserole dish with lid (or similar sized dish with lid) add the halved olives, tuna, almonds, and cottage cheese. Stir well. At this point, you may want to do a taste test and add seasoning to your taste. I tend to prefer a subtler, blander flavor than most people.3. After couscous is done, stir into the tuna and cottage cheese mixture.4.
