Here is how you make Sweet and Sour Kielbasa:

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute bacon and onions for 5 minutes until onions are tender and golden. In medium bowl, mix water, mustard, molasses, allspice, brown sugar and cornstarch until thoroughly combined. Add mixture to skillet with bacon and onions; simmer, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Add sauerkraut, apple chunks and kielbasa, and cook over low to medium heat for 20 minutes. Place on bun and serve.
