Spray a non stick pan with PAM. Heat over medium heat. Spread mustard on side of bread and top with Turkey, then Kraut, then cheese. Top with 2nd piece of bread. Spread butter on both pieces of bread on the outsides (you really need very little butter to get the flavor).
