Here is how you make Turkey Sloppy Joes:

In an 8 quart or larger pan (wider = better) used for sauteeing or stir-frying, brown ground turkey with 1/2 cup of water (this makes the turkey less chunky) on high heat. When there is no pink meat showing, reduce heat to medium. Chop raw onion, pepper, and celery and toss into beef. Add remaining 1/2 cup of water, vinegar, flour, sugar/splenda, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well- distributed. Add ketchup to taste, being sure to mix it in well.
