combine flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl. combine water, sugar, and oil in a seperate bowl. Make a well in center of flour and add water mixture. Mix together and knead dough for about ten minutes, until you have a very smooth dough. oil a bowl, form dough into a ball and coat with the oil. cover with plastic wrap and let rise for an hour. Once dough has risen punch it down and divide into three. roll each out and cut into four equal chunks. Get water with malt boiling. form each part into bagels and boil for 1 min each.
