Here is how you make Squash Bake:

Slice squash and onions and cook 5 minutes in salted water.Drain well.While they are cooking, melt butter and pour over dry dressing mix(or crushed croutons). Put 3/4 of the dressing/butter mixture in bottom of a casserole, saving remainder for topping.Mix the can of condensed soup with the sour cream and pour over the drained squash.Add the remaining dressing/butter mix on top.Bake for 1/2 hour @ 350.
