1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
2 1/2 cups parmesean, shredded
3/4 cup provalone, shredded

4 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp thyme
3 Tbsp butter
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Here is how you make Baked Barley:

Boil chicken broth and add barley. Steam for 30 minutes. Cool. Preheat oven to 400. Heat milk in microwave. Melt butter in large sauce pan and whisk in flour. whisk in milk, stirring for 8 minutes until it makes a nice thick sauce. Pour over barley, and stir in cheeses and thyme. Pour into baking dish.
