2 tablespoons ground ginger
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 -2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes or cayenne pepper

Here is how you make Baked Sesame Tofu:

1. Wrap tofu with paper towel or dish towel and place on a plate, cutting board or other flat object2. Put a heavy plate or pan on top to press out the liquid for 20-30 minutes3. Stir sauce ingredients together in a sauce pan4. Simmer sauce while the tofu is draining5. Dry drained tofu with paper towels and cube6. Preheat oven to 375 degrees7. Place foil in a shallow baking pan. Put the tofu on the foil and cover with 1/2 - 2/3 of the sauce, then wrap the tofu8. Bake tofu for 30 minutes9.
