Mash Bananas and eggs until well blended. Add sugar and mix well. Combine Flour, Baking Soda and Salt and mix with banana mixture in stages, until well mixed. Stir in Chopped Walnuts. Mixture will be thick.Pour into loaf or bread pan and bake in moderate oven, Gas Mark 4, 325F for 50 - 60 minutes. Test for doneness with skewer or knife in middle of bread.
