Spray Pam on a heated cast iron or other panCook mushrooms until they get a little color, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.Add 2 oz. marsala wine to deglaze.Lightly salt and pepper.Remove from pan into dish.Add green beans and lightly salt and pepper. Add a sprinkle of italian seasoning or other herbs (dried)Add 1 oz. marsala and 1/8 cup of water.Cover and let steam about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.Add tomatoes and mushrooms.
