Here is how you make Roasted Green Beans with Baby Dill Vinaigrette:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large roasting pan toss green beans, 1T olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, and pepper. Roast 20-30 mins, stir a couple of times, until al dente.In a large bowl using a wire whisk mix vinegar, mustard, sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, until blended. In a thin steady stream whisk in 2 T olive oil until blended. Stir in dill. When beans are done, transfer to serving bowl, toss with vinaigrette until coated.
