1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 serving Herb Ox Sodium Free Chicken Bouillon Instant Broth & Seasoning mixed with 1 cup hot water

Here is how you make Zucchini and Beans w/Garlic:

1. Add the minced garlic and olive oil to frying pan and cook on medium until starting to brown.2. While the garlic is browning, slice the zucchini and cut the beans into bite size pieces (if you like).3. Add the prepared veggies to the pan and add a little of the chicken stock to prevent sticking. Keep adding a little more every time it starts to stick.4. I usually dump the second half of the broth into the veggies and then turn the stove down to low and cover for about 10 minutes while the veggies cook through.5. When I remove the lid, if there's still lots of liquid, heat the pan back up to medium/medium-high to reduce it.6.
