1 tsp. salt
.25 cup margarine
2 egg whites
1 cup cold water

Here is how you make BISCUITS:

Whisk together all dry ingredients.ADD: margarine and mix in with hands until mealy Set aside for a few minutes while you......whisk egg whites till foamy and to this add the cold water. Make a well in the center of dry mixture and pour liquid mixture in. Using spoon just mix very gently until all comes together in a soft dough. Do not over mix as they will be very tough. Less worked the better.Dump mixture onto lightly floured counter and form into a long roll. Cut roll into 14 even pieces. place on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake 28-30 minutes. @ 350 degrees.
