Preheat oven to 375 DegreesCombine dry ingredients-Stir liquid ingredients into the dry. DO NOT OVER MIX. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour batter into a pam sprayed 8 mini loaf pan or an 8X8 pan. Bake for 20 minutes in the 8 loaf pan or up to 30 minutes in the 8X8 pan. Check doneness with toothpick in centre of bread. Cool slightly.
