1 package hot roll mix
1 C Small Curd Cottage Cheese
1 T Sugar
1 T Dried Dill Weed
3T Chopped Dried Onion
1T melted Butter
2tsp salt


How Do I Make Dill Bread?

Here is how you make Dill Bread:

Prepare hot roll mix as directed, then add cottage cheese, sugar, dill and dried onion. Stir so that all is incorporated. Let stand to rise for about an hour covered with damp cloth.Stir down until all air is dispursed. Place batter in 1 large loaf pan or 3- small gift pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray (Pam). Let rise again for an hour, covered with a damp towel. Preheat oven to 350F.Bake for 50 minutes to an hour. Tent if top gets too brown. When done, it will be a nice brown color on top. Rest in pan for a few minutes and then cool on rack.
