Warm 1/2 c water to "very warm bath water" temp. Add 1 TBSP Yeast and 1 TBSP Sugar. Stir minimally and leave for 10-15 min. Add 1 tsp salt, 1 TBSP Spreadable Butter (w/ canola oil), & 1 c flour and mix. Add remaining flour as needed to make a non-sticky dough to knead. Knead at least 5 min. Use spray oil in bowl, put dough in bowl, & cover with slightly damp no texture dish towel. Leave in warm-ish area 10-15 minutes to let rise. Knead a few minutes and form into 8 buns, cinnamon rolls, ????
