Here is how you make Easy Bread:

Heat a grill pan with some olive oil and season oil with the rest of ingredients, OR lightly drizzle evenly olive oil over each piece of bread and spread the rest of the ingredients over each piece of bread. Place bread on hot grill pan for 1 minute on each side, careful not to burn the bread. Flip sides and let cook for another 30 seconds to toast the other side of the bread.
