Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 8 or 9 inch baking pan (I use a cast iron skillet and preheat it.)Combine dry ingredients. In a measuring cup combine wet ingredients. Combine dry and wet ingredients. Make sure everything is moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 mins. or until light golden brown and wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
