Whip egg whites and tartar until stiff. Mix egg yolks, sour cream and salt until smooth. Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture. Put 6 mounds on parchment lined cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with spatula. Bake 300 degrees for 30-40 min or until golden brown. Cool slightly then transfer to cooling rack. Cool completely.
