Here is how you make Carole's Irish Soda Bread:

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt together. Stir in raisins so that flour mixture coats each raisin. Combine (in separate bowl) eggs, buttermilk and butter and beat well. Add liquid mixture all at once to dry ingredients and mix just until flour mixture is completely moistened. (Will form a very stiff dough) Bake in bread pan sprayed with oil at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
