- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup carbon water


How Do I Make Irish Bread?

Here is how you make Irish Bread:

In a bowl add all dry ingredients then set aside.In another bowl slightly beat an egg,add the buttermilk & the carbonated water. Mix together then add wet ingredients to the dry. Just mix to combine the wet & dry, NOT Over Mixing it. Add the marg. mixing it just enough to blend together.Pour batter into a greased loaf pan & bake in a 350 degree oven. Testing the doneness by inserting a tooth pick - if comes out clean the bread is done. Let cool it pan 5 mins. or so then carefully remove from pan.
