In a large mixing bowl, add 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly. Drizzle in olive oil and mix in.Add warm water all at once and stir. Add flour if mixture is too wet to turn out.When mixture will not accept any more flour by mixing, turn out onto a floured surface. Knead for 10-12 minutes, adding flour as needed until dough no longer sticks to your hands.
