Here is how you make No Knead Skillet Bread:

In a large bowl, mix well the yeast and water. Wait about 2 minutes then add salt and 1 cup of the flour. Mix with a wooden spoon. Stir in the rest of the flour, 1 cup at a time. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 1 hour.DO NOT PUNCH DOWNOil the bottom of a 10-12" iron skillet. Sprinkle a good amount of flour on top of the bread and cover your clean hands. Take dough and form into a disk. (Dough will be sticky). Place in Iron skillet.Cover with a towel and let set 30 minutes.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Drizzle top of bread with oil, and sprinkle with rosemary and a little more salt if you like.Mark an X in the top with a sharp kife.
