1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.2. In a large bowl, mash together the cream cheese and coconut oil until well mixed. Add the egg whites, one at a time, mixing between each addition. Add PB2, applesauce, salt, baking soda and flax. Mix well, careful not to over mix. 3. Pour mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle with poppy seeds. 4. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
