Here is how you make SOY FLAT BREAD:

Add paking powder, salt, onion powder and sifted soy flour with dough attachment. Drizzle warm water until mixture is sticky (3-4 min.) Scrape dough out of mixing bowl with rubber spatula and with well soy floured hands roll dough into ball on countertop. (do not knead) Pinch off ball of dough the size of a 50 cent piece (keep fingers floured). Form into 4" diameter rounda and fry in olive oil over medium heat. Serve warm or room temp. within 1 hr.
