Here is how you make Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread:

Mix yeast and lukewarm water. Mix in melted butter, sugar, and dry milk. In a separate bowl mix flour and salt. Add to wet mixture. knead dough until smooth and elastic but not too stiff and all air pocket are kneaded out. Roll and place into a greased 2lb. bread pan. Let dough rise to a quarter inch above the pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes. Remove from pan immediately, place on cooling rack and lightly butter the top. When cooled, slice and place in bread bag. Serving Size:?makes 18 quarter inch slices
