Preheat oven to 450Wash and prepare broccoli, you want it as dry as you can get it. Place on cookie sheet along with 5 sliced cloves of garlic. Drizzle 3 Tbsp olive oil over broccoli, season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.Place in oven and roast for 20-25 minutes.Remove from oven and zest lemon over broccoli, the squeeze lemon over top.
