Here is how you make Bourbon Glazed Carrots:

Melt butter over medium low heat in a large pan, being careful not to burn or brown the butter. Add carrots and slow cook in the butter for 10-20 minutes, or until carrots begin to soften, stirring frequently. Add 1/2 cup of cheap bourbon to pan and light on fire. Let fire cook away all the alcohol, add 1/4 cup orange juice and 2 tbsp brown sugar. Continue to cook until sticky glaze forms and carrots are soft.
