1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1 tbsp baking powder
1/3 cup cold, hard margarine
1/2 cup milk
6 wieners
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Here is how you make Cheese Wrapped Dogs:

Combine first 3 ingredients in medium bowl. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Make a well in centre.Add milk to well. Stir until just moistened. Turn out dough onto lightly floured surface. Knead 5 or 6 times. Roll out or press into 12 inch square. Cut in half. Cut each half into 3 equal portions, for a total of 6.Place 1 wiener lengthwise down centre of 1 dough portion. Sprinkle 2 tbsp cheese evenly over top. Fold both long sides over wiener. Pinch together to seal. Repeat with remaining dough portions, wieners, and cheese, for a total of 6 rolls. Arrange rolls, seam-side down, evenly spaced apart on greased baking sheet. Bake in 425 oven for 12 to 15 minutes until golden.Makes 6 hot dogs.I use lower fat Maple Leaf Top Dogs, but you can use any type of hot dog and adjust tracker according.
